you see how much depends on your systems as opposed to constant control over yourself and your environment

reprogram your mind right away as you wake up and be the person you have dreamed about for a very long time

 

look at the data

subconscious mind is responsible for 95% of your daily movements, it is found in your habits and patterns, beliefs and values, emotions, personality, and automatic body functions. it holds long-term memory and cognitive bias about the world you live in
 

conscious mind on the contrary is responsible for 5% of the things you do, critical thinking, short-term memory, willpower as mentioned before, planning, judgment and decision-making;

hence, we are sometimes recommended to sleep on decisions and important things. because your full body remembers things your short-term memory does not so at night when you relax it can give you an answer your conscious mind would be unable to come up with on the spot, with an overloaded, overstimulated brain during a stressful time.

 

your body remembers more than the head, it is called cell memory. we sleep because the head needs to clean up as well. we fast at night to digest food better and to absorb the nutrients which our body likes and needs, we sleep to evaluate our life moves and act wiser, move differently, and talk more eloquently.

hypnosis works, i studied with neurologists, it is a science-based approach, we build new neurons which are like muscles but in your brain, we also heal body memory which has kept you stuck, cortisol filled and not fully yourself.

   1. what if the Internet connection breaks?

your wake up as if after your nap, or when a phone calls, or rings a doorbell.

   2. is it safe?

hypnosis is a higher focused state, not a magic cure, you breathe with me which relaxes your brain, and then we talk only about the things we have discussed before during the first pre-hypnosis conversation.

   3. how does the hypnosis work?

similar to the gym visit but this time we build (strengthen) new neural connections in your brain instead of building muscles.

we also talk as friends, you must trust your therapist to be able to open up and share your experience with them. trusted and non-judgmental person is the best one to open up to, no need to hide anything, after all, only that which is named can be healed and transformed.

   4. what if my body hurts during the hypnosis session?

it is a beautiful sign that you truly heal and feel your emotions. certain parts of your body hold different pains and emotions, through hypnosis you allow yourself to release them. you also allow your therapist to tailor affirmations / meditations towards your neurons building the script you`re about to listen to for the 3 weeks. i always check which body part holds which pain and what gets to be addressed in your script to allow you to heal it fully.

   5. who is hypnosis for?
