you wake up as if after your nap. i do recommened in person but online works equally well. in person calms your nervous system deeper.

hypnosis is a higher focused state, not a magic cure, you breathe with a therapist which relaxes your brain, then you talk only about the things you have choosen before the focused state. it is a method of trust and ceased control, only if you dare to open up, it does bring answers. 

after all, only that which is named can be healed and transformed.

   3. how does the hypnosis work?

similar to the gym visit but this time you build (strengthen) new neural connections in your brain instead of building muscles.

   4. what if my body hurts during the hypnosis session?

it is a sign that you feel your emotions and are ready to release the pains and integrate experiences as opposed to fighting them.
